Citrus Mint Salad With Honey

Even after a particularly heavy meal, you can still have room for some tasty dessert especially if the dessert is yummy healthy and made from fresh fruits. This recipe is indeed a smart pick and you will just love how it completes a meal.


  • Grapefruit
  • Orange
  • Honey, 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh mint sprigs


  1. Peel and pith grapefruit and orange.
  2. Slice into rounds.
  3. Arrange slices on plates.
  4. Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint leaf.

Note: If you like to prepare ahead of time, you can peel and pith the fruits and store in air-tight container inside the refrigerator for 12 hours.
